What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for refund. However, if you purchased something that you need to exchange for a different size or color, we are happy to make the exchange: simply send it back to us with an explanation of what you are exchanging it for. If you purchased a standard size, but have determined that you need an alteration or custom size, please email us with your concerns. If you purchased something and you decided you don't like the style, you can return it for a store credit that can be used online or at any con or faire.
If you placed a down-payment or full-payment on an order, this money is non-refundable at any time. You can apply it towards a different purchase if work has not yet begun on the order you placed.
If an item has not been worn, and is not a custom size or color, it can be exchanged for a different item.
